Step 1: Download Portal

Connect your computer to a WiFi with internet connection
- If you are still connecting to the robot WiFi (CYOBot or CYOCrawler), disconnect from the robot and connect your computer to another WiFi.
Go to https://cyobot.com, choose Resources > Downloads

Choose the programming language that you want to use

Wait for the download to finish and extract the file.

Step 2: Run the downloaded Portal

Open the extracted folder.
In the folder, you will see the following files:

Double click on the index.html file, a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc) will be opened.
- If the file is not opened with a web browser:
  - Right click on the file, choose Open With…/Open With Other Application
  - Choose a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc)

The Portal will display on your web browser.

For Python, you will see the following Portal:

For Block coding, you will see the following Portal:

Step 3: Connect to the robot

Turn on the robot, wait for the startup sequence to finish
Open settings on your laptop, go to WiFi settings, refresh the WiFi list, find the name CYOBot or CYOCrawler and connect to the robot WiFi

Click on the Refresh button next to the robot logo at the top right corner of Portal
Check if the status has changed from Disconnected to Connected on the menu bar. If not, press Refresh. If the portal is successfully started, the blinking purple light on the display will disappear.
