Check to see if the status next to the robot’s icon on the top bar is shown Connected. If not, press the Refresh button on the right of the status.

If that does not work, refresh the page

If that also does not work, close the Portal, turn off and on the robot, and try again.

If problem persists:

• Update your robot’s source code (Update source code) and firmware (Update firmware via micro SD card)
• Factory reset your robot by following Factory reset WiFi settings
