1. Refer to Connect to the Internet via micro SD card to instruct the robot to connect to a specific WiFi network without having to use Portal.

   If problem persists:

   • Update your robot’s source code (Update source code) and firmware (Update firmware via micro SD card)
   • Factory reset your robot by following Factory reset WiFi settings

2. If nothing works, try a different network, or use the robot’s WiFi (refer to Onboarding with Python Portal).
